2014年获yl6809永利官网生物科学理学学士学位,2019年获yl6809永利官网生态学理学博士学位,2019年-2022年在德国亥姆霍兹联合会感染研究中心(HZI)进行博士后进修。2022年至今在yl6809永利官网生态学研究所工作。承担《生物统计学》、《组学数据分析》等课程的教学。以第一作者或共同第一作者在Cell, Molecular Biology & Evolution等国际知名学术期刊发表研究论文多篇。
主要致力于在群体基因组的背景下,利用生物信息学和系统生物学的方法,探究生物的多样性,挖掘生物大数据背后的生物学意义。近年来重点开展了以胡桃科为研究对象的物种形成、基因流与种群动态研究,以及利用单细胞转录组和泛基因组对其关键性状进行分子表型和遗传调控研究。
