个人简历


2014年毕业于yl6809永利官网,获生物学硕士学位。同年由国家留学基金委(CSC)公派,前往瑞典隆德大学学习,期间主要从事寄生虫与宿主的相互关系及协同演化方向的研究,2018年获生物学类哲学博士学位。以主要参与人完成瑞典国家理事会(VR)项目1项,以第一作者在Molecular Ecology,International Journal for Parasitology等国际学术期刊发表SCI文章多篇,2019年初就职于yl6809永利官网生态学研究所。


主要研究内容


以鸟类疟原虫等血液寄生虫及其宿主为模式系统,研究寄生虫和宿主的相互关系及演化机制。
1. 寄生虫的宿主专一性及感染模式。以能感染多种宿主的寄生虫,即泛性寄生虫为研究对象,应用二代测序和实时荧光定量PCR方法研究鸟类血液寄生虫的宿主组成和对不同宿主适应性的差异。
2. 寄生虫的物种形成和宿主专一性演化机制。基于多基因测序和数字式微滴PCR方法构建鸟类血液寄生虫的系统发生结构,结合比较系统发育学方法探究寄生虫与宿主的协同演化机制。
